We would be delighted to discuss the Ballymena property market with you, highlight current values and explain what goes into selling or letting your house in today’s market.
Do you have any special offers running at the minute?
At the minute we are offering vendors very competitive sales fees with no initial marketing fees and no withdrawal fees. No sale – No fee.
If someone was to visit your shop / business, what should they expect?
Our modern office is situated on Church Street in the heart of Ballymena’s bustling town centre. Visitors are greeted by our pleasant staff who are immediately available to answer any particular questions, discuss any requirements and they are encouraged to browse through the range of properties that we have for sale or to let. We have our mortgage and protection advisor who is also available to discuss all relevant financial matters.
What’s your favourite street in Ballymena?
We really do like our end of Church Street because we have a really supportive and friendly relationship with all other independent retailers and their staff at this end of town.
What does Ballymena Mean to you?
Our staff who are from the town are quite clear that Ballymena means home and familiarity. Those who live elsewhere but work in the town talk about being very aware of the pride that people have in Ballymena. Pride in local business, pride in work ethic and the importance of reputation and dealing with people respectfully.
